We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false, inaccurate, or incomplete information.
New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial. To activate your free trial, you must provide valid payment information. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
After your free trial ends, you will be charged the subscription fee according to your selected plan. All fees are:
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If payment cannot be processed after multiple attempts, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service until payment is received.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
To use the Service, you must authorize Creator Intel to access your TikTok account data via TikTok's official API. By doing so, you grant us permission to:
Important: Creator Intel has read-only access to your TikTok data. We cannot post, edit, or delete your TikTok videos. We cannot access private messages or unpublished content.
Your use of the Service in connection with TikTok is also governed by TikTok's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with TikTok's terms. We are not responsible for any violations of TikTok's terms that result from your use of the Service.
You may revoke Creator Intel's access to your TikTok account at any time through TikTok's settings or by disconnecting your TikTok account in Creator Intel's settings. Revoking access will prevent us from syncing new data but will not delete data already stored in Creator Intel unless you explicitly delete it.
Creator Intel is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates this policy, including suspending or terminating accounts without refund.
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding user content), is owned by Doma Beauty Pty Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR SECURITY.

Creator Intel provides tools for analyzing your TikTok data, but we do not guarantee that using the Service will improve your content performance, increase your followers, or achieve any specific results. Content performance depends on many factors outside our control.
The Service relies on third-party services (TikTok API, payment processors, hosting providers). We are not responsible for any failures, interruptions, or issues caused by these third parties. If TikTok changes or discontinues its API, we may be unable to provide certain features of the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOMA BEAUTY PTY LTD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR AUD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

If a dispute arises between you and Creator Intel, we encourage you to first contact us to seek an informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved this way.
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree that any legal action or proceeding must be brought exclusively in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Doma Beauty Pty Ltd regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
